Day 17

Day 2 of waking up early… actually my brain woke me up 90 minutes earlier than I planned. So, I did what I do best… argued with myself. Stay in my cozy bed or use the extra time to flex my creative muscle?

Creativity 1, Inertia 0.

My meditation mantra was “I am awake, I am alert, I am alive.” Perhaps I should add I am alliterative.

So, I’m feeling fresh and a little funny this morning and decided I wanted a photo prompt for today’s photo challenge. Something funky, funny… I’ll stop stretching for alliteration here… photos that bring out our goofy, silly sides.

Send me your funny photo, clever anecdotes, jokes, or anything that made you LOL, smile, or smirk.

I’ll start us off because I live for the absurd.

Cleaning out my pour over I noticed they recommend handling with care and not putting your baby in the bodum. I thought, who would try to put a baby in here? *chuckles to self*

Got something to share?

Send me the photo (and a caption or website if you wish) in a dm on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn… or you can text or email me… and I’ll add it to today’s post.

  • You don’t need fancy equipment, you only need an imagination (and a device that takes a picture).
  • You don’t need to edit your photo (or do, if that’s you jam and it brings you joy).
  • Your photo can be staged or random.
  • It must be something that inspired you, intrigued you, caught your eye, and made you feel something.
  • It must be from that day, but…
  • You do not need to share every day, just when you feel the desire or inspired.
  • You may request your picture be shared anonymously or you may request I link to your website or share part of your bio or a caption you wrote.
  • You may ask questions and pay others compliments. If you see a connection you want to make, let me know and I’ll do my best to help you network!
